its no longer in the quest shop? but it doesnt seem to be retired

it's a seasonal item, for spring i believe (maybe summer?), so it's not available right now but will return in the appropriate season.

only some of them are; they'll be the most expensive ones (usually 50+ quest points) at the end of the list.
