I feel like there used to be a way to do this, and if there still is, I can't figure it out. I have one shop that I'd like to make a gallery (it was intended to be on all along)

I'm pretty sure there isn't a way to convert a shop to gallery or gallery to shop. Gotta make the gallery and move stuff over.

Unfortunately this isn't a feature of the new system as shops and galleries were set up quite differently. You'll have to make a new gallery and move your items over to that. c:
