Hi. Last year i didn't take any medicine for my virus, so I remained a zombie. When pandemic started, my avatar turned naked and I didn't take any virus. What's happening???

not clear what is going on here. Are you using IE or Edge? They do not play nice with Subeta.

How long has it been since you have been here? If it's been a year, the Wardrobe has changed. If it's been more than that that would explain why you can't see your features.

So go to Wardrobe from the top down menu and not from any of your old links, delete those. On the very first page look for the Convert button. Click that. Then find your Eyes Nose and Mouth in the Items section of the Wardrobe and drag them to a slot above your Base in the list of items you are wearing (no items but your body and features in this case) in the column on the left hand side.. Your Base no longer hides them. SAAAAAVE! (the Save button actually says Wear) Then check your Skins and see if your Zombie Skin is still there. You should get an option to take it off, maybe? Anyways, some folks lost their skin, so you may have to File a Ticket in Help to get it. If it is there in the list, then you can click it to put it on so that you can Bite people, or you can take it off (and SAAAVE!, really, do this a lot with the new Wardrobe, compulsively) so you can get infested with something else.
