I'm guessing you CAN, there's achievements for some of them. But in almost ten years i've never really learned how.

If you go to the 'Games' page (under 'Subeta' on the top drop-down navigation bar) you can select 'Scratchcards' which is where you can purchase more or scratch ones currently in your inventory.

right now because every refresh gets you a chance to collect a floater, you want to click each circle one at a time. But if you are scratching a lot of cards then it is quicker to click all the circles super fast before the page has a chance to refresh You won't know exactly what you won if you do this but it saves a ton of time.
