I chose a random strain and I do not know .-. what it is. It says I am infected so what am I and how do I check?

if it's a new one we don't really know yet. There usually is a user-run thread in Survivor that follows the infections as they proceed, and commentators in these threads and the creators of these threads tend to name them.

If it's an older one, you can check Subetalodge or the Subeta Wiki and see if they have images of the stages and compare what you got.

you can always confirm you're infected by posting on the survival celebration forum since that is the forum that will tell you if you're infected under your avatar

the wardrobe won't allow you to see the individual strain progressions as they are layered over but you can help see what you have by removing the face mask and scarf (even temporarily) as there's a strain with stage one that starts on your head and one that starts on your neck

if you chose random, you should have become infected faster
