I just got from Major Drills and it is usable. I am wondering what is does when you use it? SubetaLodge just says it is usable but does not give any other info on what you get when you use it.

I think it gives out some kind of candies or something, but I'm not 100% sure. You'd probably be better off selling it.

It gives random items, but they definitely won't be worth more than the boot by itself.
