I seem to remember that a 1 month GA only costs 480 CSC when you get the 3 day warning. Have they done away with that? Am I remembering wrong? I tried running a forum search, but nothing came up.

The 1 month GAs were either never supposed to get the discount, or it was meant to be temporary. I honestly don't remember which, but I do remember Keith removing it.
Keith said this on a prior board: "It was a bug that it was 480, it happened awhile ago where the cash shop was updated to give a small discount (20csc) to people who were returning customers buying a gold account before their current one expired. At some point it got turned on for all users, but it wasn't on purpose."

So do you still get the 20csc discount when you have 3 days to go, or is that done away with completely? Also, does this work for 1 week GAs?
I want to say it is completely gone especially since the OP says they did not get it. I am 100% sure it was only 1 month GAs and not 1 week. I will see if I can get confirmation that it is completely gone.

Yeah, I'm definitely on my 3 day warning time. I also got the discount 2 months ago, last time I was on a 3 day warning.

I'm in the 3 day window and it's showing as 480 for me. I know I have gotten a one month GA at this price several times in the last year from going through my CS history.
So it was fixed, sort of? It sounds like it's 480 for people in the 3 day window but I still have a lot of time on my GA and I see it as this:
1 Month Gold Account Medal Credits: 500
Ok so here is the final word! xD
The 480 CSC medals still do happen. The system was set up in a way to where it rounded down the amount of time, so if you had less than 24 hours left on your GA, the discount expired even though the GA was still in affect. Grace has changed it to round up now and you should get the discount. If your GA expires before you get the discount (because it used to round down) you can file a ticket and they can reimburse the 20 CSC.
Turns out, the board I posted above WAS a bug but it was only a bug because everyone was getting a discount whether they had a GA or not. That part had already been fixed.
