Hello, meant to buy 5 Cash Shop February 2017 Collection items and instead bought February 2016 items by mistake - can I exchange them?

Only if you can find someone to exchange with. You can't do anything about it through the cash shop. Tickets don't help, either, because it's user error. Maybe make a board in selling? Stick them in your shop and hope for the best?

it's been my experience that past years' collections and their items sell best on the month they represent. This is the time users are thinking of them. IMO you should advertise for the month of February even if you're not in a super hurry. If you haven't sold them by then then let your thread sink.

Just have 3 that I put up in trades for the CSC I paid for them - hope that works!
