Ok so i decided to try and draw makeup~ I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE THIS A CW, LET ME KNOW IF YOU LIKE IT.

i went for an Amy Winehouse - style liner (bc i love her dearly) [edit]THESE ARE THE UPDATED VERSIONS, LEAVING ORIGINALS AT TOP FOR COMPARISON item - I might just draw a fat eyeliner pencil because I can't get the brush right *** SO I CAME UP WITH THIS PENCIL this is probably what I am using as the CI & then reshaded liner: base/HA/suggested eyes (Donna Fake Lashes)/Argo Blackout Liquid Liner liner: base/HA/suggested eyes (Donna Fake Lashes)/Argo Blackout Liquid Liner

I love that this is a tribute, Winehouse was an amazing vocalist. I do want to let you know that for me this isnt necessarily something i would slot on. Im sorry! Thats just me though, i am much more for ones that follow the curves of the eyes.

I will tell you though that yes the cache eyes are quite common, i use them as my base but also be sure that your eyeliner fits with the more popular eyes such as, .

I can only name those off the top of my head, there are several more that are commonly used of course. c:

i think the overlay looks good! the CI might need a bit more contrast in the shading, and also you can't have a drop shadow on CIs! so you just have to remove the shadow there c:

@ Violin ahhhh, i felt it needed one- didn't know it wasn't allowed, thank you so much for your input! I will shade the item more as well, and probably change the heart to a music note since I'm doing a tribute for a singer.

Took out the drop shading in the object itself, changed it to a music note and added a bit more shading. What do you think? Also smoothed out the layer overlays. ^_^

ALRIGHT, i only tried it on one eye, but what do you think? I know its not your style- but it does however fit the eye shape in my opinion.

I really liked how you softened the liner like that. Almost a smokey feel to it. Its very nice like that in my opinion. I'll try to ping another artist that i think might have some nice input.

Have you checked this on darker bases ? The blush aspect looks odd to me, kinda like it's cartoony as it's pretty much just a round dot (like the Ragdoll Blush), I'd suggest if you keep it to look at how other blushes are; they tend to move with the HA to give a contouring appearance.

I have checked it on the submission form - I can show you.

As for the blush it was really just for fun, I literally did thow a dot on it LOL, don't plan on keeping it ^_^. I should probably remove it from the updated portion ~

On the darker skin it looks like the gray just sorta bluntly stops, I wonder if you'd be able to taper it closer to the inside, like you did to the outside ? That might be my preference though, which can be ignored XD
