experiments are not colors, they are species! the potion totem will change the color, so experiments are not in the list

I'm new here, and sorry if this is off topic. What are totems and what do they do??

On the anniversary of creating your account, starting on your 2nd year, you get a every year that you can choose one of these totems from. The one was talking about is the which changes your pet into any color you want, but cannot change the pet's species.

Yep! Any color means ANY color, as long as the pet is available in that color of course.

Except Hydrus. That colour isn't available right now. I was disappointed when I didn't see it in the drop down menu.

Are you talking about the loyalty totem or a Miracle Potion? I know the Miracle Potion doesn't do Hydrus or (I believe) the other zapper-restricted colors but the loyalty totem should as far as I know? (Also maybe the Miracle Potion's description could be changed too?)

Unless you're patient taking chances with the zapper, it's better just to use Experimental Dews until you get the experiment species you want. The Miracle Potion is best used for whatever color that's the most expensive, which is angelic. I did not see Hydrus on the Miracle Potion options either. Can't say about the Loyalty totem, because IMO the pet slot is the best as it can't be bought.
