However, it seems for every troublemaker, there is also a student who goes by the book and does good things for others around them--a Good Samaritan, if you will. I'd love to see which you categorize yourself as. I know there is a bit of both within us all, but some just lean towards one side more often. I consider myself a bit of a Good Samaritan, personally!

This week's theme is Troublemaker vs. Good Samaritan.

Your challenge this week is to create a human avatar of you or your character either getting into trouble/breaking the rules or doing a good deed for the school/others around you. Let us know which you chose and what your prank/good deed happens to be.

Some rules for this challenge: 1.) You must list if you are depicting yourself as a Troublemaker or a Good Samaritan. 2.) You must somehow depict that prank/good deed in your avatar. If it's not obvious what it is you are depicting, please let us know! 3.) Bonus points may be awarded to particularly clever pranks/good deeds.

Each member may only submit one avatar, and each avatar to successfully adhere to the challenge rules and theme will be awarded 10 House Points!

This challenge ends on Saturday, February 4th at 11:59PM.

Outfit Not Found If you ask Magnus, life got boring without a little bit of fun and even though he was a prefect, he didn't feel he should let everyone get by without a prank or two. So he slipped into the prefect bathroom with his shark hat to scare a few of the prefects before taking a nice bath all to himself.

Taking risks is how you move forward so Merlin likes to disguise as an old man and sneak into the Dark Forest in search of magical creatures and plants in order to learn about them. He doesn't really harm anyone, but is still breaking the rules for his investigations and satisfaction.

Outfit Not Found As much as she wishes she were a troublemaker, Sauvage is a Good Samaritan... Walking past the girls' lavatory, Sauvage heard a student crying in one of the stalls. Cautiously walking up to the door that hid the distraught girl on the other side, Sauvage asked her what was wrong. Apparently, the girl lost a necklace in the Black Lake, given to her by her parents just before leaving to start her first year here at Hogwarts. She'd spent all day looking, but couldn't find it! Sauvage reassured the girl that it would come up again, that things aren't so easily lost at Hogwarts. She then left the girl to comfort herself in the bathroom stall and continued on her way to where she was initially going...except that she couldn't. Instead, she spent the remaining hours of daylight searching the shores of the Black Lake to find the girl's necklace. After all, who better to find something lost than a Hufflepuff?

Sometimes in her free time, Keet likes to help Professor Sparks care for some of Hogwarts' magical creatures. There are people who might call her a teacher's pet, but she doesn't mind. She enjoys being of assistance and spending time with the animals, particularly the sweet baby gryphon.

Private Outfit Cassia had heard about Divination when she attended Durmstrang. Most of what she heard about it was snide jokes and snorts of disgust. Specialists in the Dark Arts don't tend to hold much stock in flimsy readings of the future. So it could be that Cassia was the one who made off with all of the crystals and tea leaves in the Divination supply room and buried them somewhere at the edge of Hogwarts grounds. Just to spare everyone from what was clearly a waste of good wizarding time.

Eirik is a troublemaker/rulebreaker in that he likes to drink. He acquired some alcohol and has ran out into the Forbidden Forest and gotten drunk. Unfortunately, he likes to get mostly naked when he drinks....

Aria Quin Lee of Gryffindor is acting as a troublemaker in this depiction, though it is not her in the depiction. Aria has released a Boggart on an unsuspecting student whose greatest fear is being attacked by many demon-dark individuals. In this depiction you can see the many hands and tendrils of darkness reaching onto and around the poor student as the Boggart completely overwhelms them.

As everyone knows, there is no cure for the common cold neither in the muggle nor the wizarding world, so in her spare time, she is trying to make a potion to postpone the worst effects of the common cold, so pupils dont miss important events. The latest experiment involves bees,rainbows and fire hence the need to be standing in a bath of water.

While visiting Hogsmeade, Elizabeth had heard that the owner of Honeydukes, Ambrosius Flume, had gotten a bit sick, and offered to help in the shop until he would feel better. Mr. Flume and his wife thanked her later by sending her some of the sweets Elizabeth favoured and she still likes to stop by and chat with them when she visits Hogsmeade.
