Sulking - Brokenhearted has hearted related things, and I was thinking emo things too but should Suli have the emo themed items instead?

Immature - Just childish things in general? Toys, crayons, rainbow things, etc?

Zit - There are also a quite a few items that start with 'pus' that you can find on Subetalodge.

For Immature, I'd use Subetalodge and search for toys/plushies/etc. There are tons and tons and tons of these on site where you can sift through and find a particular style you're looking for. There is also this really cool item: that I think you can get from the MC for 250k?

Vibrate makes me think of animated items. You can take a look at this gallery that put together. They've been collecting as many animated items, CWs and non-CWs included, so you might be able to find something in there!
