Can I take official art and recolor it for a pet page? Just for myself? I want to put art on my pet pages, but I'm not much of an artist so I would at least for now like to at least put up my own recolors or additions. Just simple things, like giving a pet a quill to hold, or changing eye colors, just to make my pets feel more like mine. I just want to make sure this is okay to do. I'm just looking for reassurance!

Yes! My pet Tony the Talking Clock is a recolored Experiment and Credits is an Experiment with added details. And both are custom overlays so they've been approved by staff c:

That's just for a custom overlay, which shows up all around the site instead of just on your pet's profile. You can add an overlay to just the profile with this code: code {background: url(IMAGE URL HERE) no-repeat; width: 0px; height: 0px; padding: 100px 100px;} (/style)[/code]

At least that's the one I have; replace the () around the style tags with <>

Oh jeez I feel silly now. That makes sense; that's why I see CUSTOM pets sometimes... Well, that's what I get for asking questions when I'm tired... So I just need to use that code to put my edited image over my pet on its page.
