Books are great, but sometimes some of us like to venture into video games to escape the day-to-day.

I just started to play The Legend of Zelda - Majora's Mask. It is pretty cool but I always feel like the 3-day thing makes me a little nervous. Seems like a countdown.

What do you guys think of the PS4? I have been thinking of buying one. I feel like I am missing out on some really cool games.

I rarely play mobile games, but I can't wait for Animal Crossing Pocket Camp & the Harry Potter AR game. I'm a console person & usually play ESO or COD on XB1.

The Harry Potter AR game sounds like it could be fun. I hope I like it better than Pokemon Go because that only held my interest for about a month or so. There wasn't much for me to do besides catching Pokemon and the clicky battling imo. It was fun to play it while walking with friends though. I'm not a gamer at all and the mobile game I've stuck with the longest is Neko Atsume because it's so low maintenance.

I hope this game and Animal Crossing won't be heavily pay-for-play/battery draining. Pokemon Go was also not the best game for me because I don't have unlimited data.

I haven't tried the PS4. I never seem to get into Playstations much since the 2nd one. If you do get one, let us know what you think!

I haven't really gone anywhere with it yet other than from my living room to my bedroom, but I think it's going to be great. The base is actually just kind of like a docking station, and the AC adapter can either be plugged into the docking station or straight into the console. When not in the station, it's almost like a 3DS, only a heck of a lot wider and more buttons.

As for HP games, I'm super old school and the PC games for 1,2,3 were the BOMB. I especially loved 2 (chamber of secrets). And the Quidditch World Cup for PC too. I can't get any of my CDs for those games to work anymore though 😭 I get such bad cravings to replay those games but I don't know if it's possible anymore. Anyone else play those games ever? The counterparts for the PS2 aren't the same at all (like literally, gameplay, ingame story and locations are completely different).

, yeah that was what I was thinking (about it being a 3ds), I just bought a 3ds so I wasn't sure if I really wanted another thing like it. Though I hate missing out on some of the games that come out. lol. I need to find a gamer boy who has all of them - then I can play all his game systems.

, I played the DS lego Harry potter (years 1-4) - it was so easy. lol. I got bored of it but had to finish it all. I haven't tried any of the other games yet though.

ahh - the gameboy color - mine was purple see-thru. I miss it. I wish I still had the older systems just to have them. lol. I probably would never play it but I miss it.

Just wanted to let you know that Harry Potter Hogwarts Mystery came out today for Android/iOS. I've been playing it for an hour and it's kinda cute. c:

(It's not the Niantic game, though, but it's a sweet casual game to play at home or when you have really stable internet. I've gotten annoyed how Pokemon Go ate up all of my data xd )

Ah video games, my second greatest pastime. I mostly play Nintendo games, but I also play Playstation games (currently waiting to see if KH3 ever releases). If anyone wants to give me their Nintendo friend codes I'll be happy to add you guys -- and if y'all ever need Pokemon, HMU... I've completed the pokebox challenge from Kanto-Kalos and I'm working on getting all the pokemon for Alola! I don't mind sharing my legendaries for your dexes but I do need them back... ;n;
