I've been using the Notepad widget for a long while to keep track of links and reminders, but earlier today they've all suddenly spaced apart widely. I'll try to explain it as well as I can..

Usually just putting each reminder on its own line with no coding involved was fine, but now each line break generates 2 breaks, producing the same effect as each line being its own paragraph.

It's a relatively small thing, but the effect is rather intrusive, at least doubling the size of the widget. I could rearrange it to involve (br) codes instead, but it would end up being one very long line of text that would be difficult to wade through to edit since I couldn't put each item on its own line without the increased spacing occurring. Inspecting the notepad with my browser's Developer Tools reveals that there are 2 (br)'s for each break, 1 more than there should be. Deleting the extras sets it back to normal but of course it's only for that page when using the Tools.

Is this something that is repairable with some setting or is this a glitch that should be reported? :/ My apologies if this is a double-asked question, I looked around for an answer but couldn't find any, and this is my first time experiencing this.

[edit]With the Edit changes not going through quickly, I'm not sure if this will appear or not for others, but when I edit the post and put through the changes, the post's line breaks double too.. I'm not sure what the correlation is or what's going on.. :/

I'm having the same issue all of a sudden! It was fine yesterday. This is my notepad right now as an example:

I just noticed that some people in posts and edits delayed by over an hour are bringing up the Notepad spacing issue, but it doesn't have a post to itself. I'm not sure if that's sufficient enough to a post since it seems somewhat related to the other issue since both cover the Forums.

Its also happening to the forum signatures. And I've noticed odd spacing around the site in general. The inventory page, for example, has a lot more white space.

It's an ongoing glitch with Subeta, so far, staff has been kind of silent on it. I'm just hoping no one gets warned for signatures that are formatted correctly being displayed incorrectly.

It's nice to not have to hide my Notepad anymore, but I still hope Subeta fixes the issue server-side soon.
