My shop sold 7 million in SP, but the record of those sales adds up to ONE PAGE. Out of all that is showing on this page of 50 items, the highest item is 60k.....my frustration now is ...what did i sell that adds up to 7 mil SP???? When my record of sales only shows one lousy page??Why only one page... Also when i did an auto price i had some Subeautique Invitations they were supposed to go for near 414499K each the record was still there for me to see it sold for 200K each So can someone tell me how i lost over a mil sp by this???I did an inquiry but i got no answers from anyone. It didn't get looked at. The shop sales page has only showed 50 items ever since the shops were changed to the new system. It's been brought up before but I don't think there are plans to change that.

SubQ invites were probably priced at 200k at the time, or before the cache updated, when you autopriced. I definitely saw them between 200-300k sometime within the past couple of days.

The autopricer uses cached lowest user shop prices. That means the lowest user price was 200k at about or a few minutes before the time you autopriced. It's the price at the time you autoprice, it doesn't then automatically update if the shop search price increases.

When you use the autopricer it lets you see all the prices it sets before you confirm the price changes. So if you know you're stocking expensive things like subq invites, you could just double-check that price before confirming. Otherwise you risk having it set too low if the user price happens to be low at the time. That's just a risk you take if you autoprice without looking it over before confirming the price changes - It isn't a bug with the autopricer unless you can show it didn't price what it said it would.

As for the shop history, I imagine it is because it would take a lot of space to store history for every single transaction - can you imagine how many items get bought every second? So only the last 50 are stored. But maybe a good suggestion would be to set a threshold so that it only shows items sold over 500k or some price you choose, so smaller items that sell for like 500 sP don't even get recorded.

Same day i priced it it was 200k when it sold but that same day was priced at 414k and also the reason i sold it because it was a good price. When i went back to check the going price it still was 414k.That's why i'm asking why did it sell at 200k? :)

Well if it was priced at 414k in the morning and someone undercut it to 200k, then when someone went in and bought up all the cheap ones at 200k the price would be back to 414k.

Honestly the only way you're going to get a concrete answer is to file a ticket and I'm not sure they'd dig through the logs for that/if they're even able to. But you could at least confirm that your autopricer worked correctly.

I did send something in to Functionality Issues but got no answers. :( My inquiry was within 30 min of the sale....exactly what time i did the auto pricing i'm not sure. But when the sale was done i checked and it was still 414k and that's why i'm wondering what happened...doesn't make cents(SP) :P. Thanks :)

The Problems & Bugs mods probably can't help you with something like that, you're probably better off just copying + pasting that message into a ticket for a UA to look into

Think i'll make a ticket as suggested seems so odd to have price go wrong in a short time like this.May be a glitch.(IMO) But thanks :)

Sometimes auto pricing sucks. All it takes is 1 person to undercut an item minutes before you price your shop. I always try to check my higher priced items against the shop search results and adjust them accordingly. If there's only 1 or 2 in the shop that's undercutting then I buy and resell at the higher price :)
