So i just adopted Yorkie (yes like the dog) and I am torn between two species

Jollin Ruffie

She looks kinda cool now as an evil pup being a Nightmare Jollin BUT at the same time I kinda want to go a different route with her as in more of a cutesy puppy character. I am considering doing a nostalgic version but am open to other ideas.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I like Ruffies better personally. :)

Ahh congrats on Yorkie! I had applied for her as well, but after a few days I was thinking about withdrawing it. Then I saw your app and was like, yea she totally deserves Yorkie, lol.

I see how keeping her nightmare could be comical because puppies are both adorable and destructive, but I could also see a cute little pup as well. My initial thought was a ruffie, but truthfully if you were planning on getting an overlay, you can make tweaks to fit a yorkie well with either species! Here are my suggestions (there are 4 I know that really doesn't help narrow it down lol).

For the DM Jollin, I thought it looked rather playful. Or like it's up to something, like it stole your shoe or something bahaha. I almost suggested the chibi jollin but I see you already have one!

I suppose too it depends if you wanna add another jollin to your family or not! I didn't notice any ruffies on your profile and the sweetheart one is so adorable lol it's a tough choice!

yeah i really am leaning more towards a ruffie. i dont have one at all and it would be nice to have a totally new species in my clan.

here are my top colors i am trying to decide between

Nostalgic {the overlay could be really simple for this one to have a teddy bear yorkie appearance) Reborn the puppy pose it has just warms my heart! Blacklight or Spectrum my male Shadow chases his tail all the time and this makes me think of him. and finally the Sweetheart, I am geez look at the sickenly cuteness of that one!

Nah I only applied for Yorkie. There were a lot of great names but I couldn't come up with an idea. I was planning on pulling my application because after I thought about it more, I wasn't sure if I'd get bored of my idea or not, so I'm glad that you got her!

I think the Ruffie's shorter legs (at least they look shorter to me anyway) would fit a Yorkie better than a jollin as well. If you were planning on making Yorkie a tribute to one of your own, then the Blacklight/Spectrum sounds like the best fit if Shadow chases his tail. That's exactly why I made one of my pets a spectrum ruffie; my dog does the same thing lol.

If you're just going for a Yorkie in general, I'd go with Reborn or Sweetheart! (I forgot how much I loved the sweetheart ruffie--I may have to get one again myself lol)

im going to try to keep away from making a specific tribute version meant towards one of my actual pets. i have done that in the past and then the pet has passed away and it makes it hard for me to keep the pet. Yorkie is going to be a pet that is just all about yorkies in general. and youre right about the legs they do seem to match up well.

i think i'll choose either reborn or nostalgic... just have to figure out which of those two would work better.

I forgot all about those! It's a pomeranian but the facial structure is much closer than the ruffie or Jollin. I bet I could get a pretty neat overlay based off that one.
