How do you access shoutbox if using a phone?

I can't see where? Thanks in advance. I'm hoping to have internet connected in a month so it will be a long month lol

do you use the mobile version or the desktop one? the shoutbox works just fine for me when i use desktop subeta on my phone.

scroll right to the bottom of the news page and click "desktop mode" ^^
