I filed a ticket and got a response saying they would look into it but it was 2 days ago and I have not gotten another response. Is there a possibility that they forgot about it? I do not want to come off as pushy or something because I do not mind waiting for a response, I just want to make sure that it was not forgotten. I am uncertain if I should respond back or wait a few more days.

I have opened A LOT of tickets in my subeta life, and trust me, they never forget about anyone! :) There are a lot of tickets to go through and some are more urgent than other, so don't worry, you will get an answer soon~

They haven't forgotten, I wouldn't be worried since you did get a response. Sometimes, if they can't contact the right person, if the person they consulted with needs to look into something, or talk to someone else, it can take some time

If you didn't acknowledge their reply two days ago, you can respond back that you received their reply and are waiting patiently.

Thank you both so much :) I am not in any hurry for it. I just wanted to make sure it was not a possibility of it getting lost or something like that. Now I feel better knowing that will not happen and I can go on with my gaming,lol.
