Hey all, Trying to upgrade my scroll and I'd rather pay the ~20m to make it myself, rather than the questionable amount to find one and buy it from someone. (My end-goal scroll is the Holy Deluge Scroll.)

I have purchased all the ingredients necessary to make the level 5 scroll, now I need to buy a Tome of Water and a Water Mage Amulet in order to Genetech that shiz! (I've been trying to get one from Quentin but I get all the other types, if I get one at all!)
