well...probably sounds like a dumb question but how do you use the wrapping paper or giftwrap to send users?

You can go to the Gift Center and choose the wrapping paper (your choice or a random one) to wrap up a gift. :)

I was wondering about the real gift wrap item because I found some in my vault so do you just use the item or??

The gifting system used to be that wrapping paper can be sold and bought like a regular item, so I think that would explain why you have wrapping paper in your vaults. However, I don't think you can use them any longer to wrap up gifts, because of the way it is now.

I believe the "use" option for old gift wrap like that will give you sP in exchange for the item being deleted.
