My HA is not loading on my profile, sidebar, or anywhere else except the wardrobe (and there it's buggy). I get the following error in my browser console: ErrorException in AvatarController.php line 440: Undefined property: stdClass::$id

The request URL for my avatar fails on the GET with a status code of 500 (internal server error).

I don't know if this still works but try going to https://subeta.net/repair_avatar.php and trying that button.

I tried that but it didn't help. I doubt I used wardrobe v3 because I only just created this account a couple days ago because I used to have an account about 10 years ago and I loved dressing up my avatar, so I'm bummed that it isn't working. It does load for me on the mobile site but no dice for the desktop.

Don't give up yet. Did you convert your avatar before making it?

Hmmm I don't think so. I didn't even know I "made" my avatar to be honest I thought it was always there and you just dress it. Should I delete it somehow and remake it?

Edit: out of curiosity can you see my avatar here on the forums from the desktop site? From what I can tell from the mobile site it's nude with a plushie thing on its head (great look). I'd be interested to know if other users can see my avatar or if no one can.

The conversion was just because the new wardrobe is on a new system I believe.

I followed those instructions on mobile expecting them not to work, but I'm home on a desktop now and my avatar is working, so I assume they did something! Thanks!
