Were the tokens only available through Quests on New Years Eve and Day, or can we still get them?

You can still get them, however not all the quests givers are handing out coins and the overall chance for getting a coin from let's say a Wizard quest is 1/3 as far as I heard.

Ok, thanks. I was just wondering, because I've done 5 Wiz quests and not gotten a token yet.

The revamped quests seem to be the only ones giving them out (Wizard, Library, Quentin, etc.). The rate is supposed to be around 1/3 of quests give them out but I've been getting them from closer to half of my quests.

Funny, when I did my quests earlier today the Wizard was quite stingy with the New Year's Coins as well, therefore Maleria had a good day so that made up for it. Good luck to you, I hope you can get a nice amount of Coins today despite the Wizard having a bad day!
