Ive noticed on mine, and other peoples forum HA the pet should be leashed, but its an empty circle, Ive tried unleashing and releashing, Ive changed the headshot, and its still an empty circle,any ideas anyone please?
I want to nominate a pet for the spotlight, but cannot see where to do it? I read the info and it says on its profile below its name, the only thing I can see is a heart that can be clicked, is that it? I assumed that was just to like the pet. thanks for any help.

if the pet you want to nominate has the link activated (the owner can do that from the spotlight page), you should see the link "nominate this pet for the spotlight" (or "This pet has been nominated for the Pet Spotlight!" if it's already nominated). You cannot, however, nominate your own pet(s), so you won't see the nominate link on your own pet profile until it's been nominated.

The heart is simply for pet 'likes' and isn't anything to do with the spotlight ;)

if it says This pet has been nominated then it's in one of the spotlight queues (so either in the first queue where they check and see if it's 'spotlight-worthy' or in the winners queue where it's just waiting for it's turn at being the spotlight winner - there's no way of knowing which one it's in though). If it gets rejected from the queue, the owner should get an alert thing that gives a (vague) reason why, and the pet can then be re-nominated after 7 days ;)

for the empty circle, I'd file a Ticket in Help. Maybe clear cache and cookies, you didn't say if you did? Changing the headshot has always worked for me if leashing and unleashing does not.
