Are Holiday-themed Quest Shop items Limited?

Hello, H&Q forum-goers!
I tend to pop on and off on random hiatuses, and am recently returning from one of such breaks -- during which time Quest Point shops have been added!
I've noticed that some of the items toward the pricier-end of the quest shops have notable winter/holiday themes.
Are these items going to retire/be removed after the holiday season?? Or, are all the quest shop items permanent?
(Just trying to figure out if I should prioritize any of my point-spending, haha!)

The seasonal themed items (the priciest items in the shops) come back for their particular season! For example, you have all winter to get Gingerbread Pete. It'll retire on the first day of spring, when we bring all the spring items back, but you'll get a chance next winter to get it (plus the other winter items). We bring back all the old items each season and add a new one. For Pete, the new one this season was Gooey Chocolate Mint Cookies!
I was wondering this too, thanks . I knew they came back for their season, but I wasn't sure if one got retired while the other was returned, and then would be retired the next year. (Like, obtainable for two years, then removed.)
