I can't seem to find a thread or a webpage listing the regulations and rules for winning the Pet Spotlight? I want to say I remember seeing a news post some time ago about the rules changing, such as they'll no longer accept non-pet characters? I'm not sure. Maybe it was a dream, but anyway, I'd like to look over the rules. So if someone could link me, that would be wonderful! Thanks!

I guess I did mis-read or dream that they were no longer accepting non-pet characters. It looks like they still accept if your character is human or humanoid.
