Last night I checked some names and on my list was also Vimes, and to my surprise the name was available. :o Of course I created him the next second, because he's just one of the BEST Discworld characters ever.

Very nice! I had my heart set on it eons ago as my cat, Sam, was named for him. His character is fantastic.
