Is fan art of a copyrighted character allowed? Basically, I want to use an image of my Drifblim (a Pokemon) OC for my pet Drifblim. Is that allowed if I draw it myself, or is it like the CWs where I have to make x number of changes for a tribute item? Thanks!

From the custom overlay page, you do need to make 4 changes if the character is copyrighted.

Yeah you have to click "Upload New" which, kinda sounds like you're gonna have to upload something but no that's also where all the rules are xD You're welcome though ^_^
