I just started playing again after a long hiatus. Part of what I am enjoying right now is finding items from past events. I have noticed many items are available still for inflated prices in their original shops or in the antique shop. Peka-Boo Festival Items aren't, the shop says it's closed. SubetaLodge only has items dated 2014.

Was it just a 1 year event, and I should buy the user shop crazy prices or will it be back so I should just wait till July?

It only happened the once in 2014. I'm kind of hoping the items get brought back, but I kind of doubt the event will happen again.

Yeah, I didn't snag some of the collectibles that I should've, haha. It must be worse for people who just weren't around at the time :/

and I had so much fun coming up with the names for those food trucks. I was lucky enough to be staying with her at the time, so we were able to brainstorm in the same room (rare for us) and I got to keep showing her my laptop full of food while she drew haha.

Rah and I have both discussed bringing the trucks back in some form, though. So they're not gone forever!

Will the wearables from Peka-Boo be brought back through other means? I absolutely love them.

I would LOVE to see the food trucks come back for like a food truck festival or something during the summer, even if we don't get the whole Peka-boo event again. Or just have them come back in some kind of way with the old foods and maybe even some new ones.
