So I've been lurking the the pound with a new pet slot pending and annoyingly, found a pet I would like to get. Now I don't really have many friends on here that could hold the pet and I don't really want to ask anyone in my home just in case it's seen negatively.

Is it alright to post a board requesting someone hold a pet? I'm not even sure where this post would belong and have been debating between a few boards.

Hopefully I won't need to again but it's great to know it's an option.

I think it's okay to ask someone to hold a pet for you. I have seen a few making the same request and have helped with holding a pet myself.

You can make a board within the Adoption Centre forum and someone might be able to help.
