When I first started on the site I remember actually popping a minion bubble in galaxan wasteland and getting the minion in my inventory. The minion was nothing special, just a cheap one but I have not popped another bubble since then. I go for the expensive minions now just in case though. Did that really happen or could I have read it wrong or just be remembering something wrong?

It still happens but is very rare

Oh good I am not crazy,lol. I guess I will look at like the Oofa fruit worm, next to impossible,lol. Do you know if there is a possibility of getting the really expensive minions or does it happen more often with the cheap ones?

i don't think the odds are different for different minions, it's probably just a flat very low percent chance of it happening with any of them. some users have reported the rate to be somewhere around 1 in 800, i believe.

Yeah, I have fed over 900 and it only happened once so that sounds about right lol

I have fed 1504 and have never had it happen

which is entirely possible - probability doesn't mean it WILL happen once every 800 times; it just means every time you feed one there is approximately a 0.125% chance the bubble will pop. which means you could feed 10,000 minions and never get one, or feed 20 and get 5.

It does happen. I have all the tiers for this one and kept track of my releases. My guess based on my own results is that it's around one in seven hundred, and it is not dependent on how rare the minion is or how much sP you spent or anything. It's just very rare.
