I send my friend 3 Gift and 1 Snow Necklace by snow ball, but she didn't received ANY of them... I was wondering what was wrong. Did someone else recieved the gift ?

it's not clear what you did. Did you send them directly to her via Inventory, did you wrap them at the Gift Center, or did you Snowtapult them?

for the gift went to Gift Wrapping, and the snowball necklace by snowtapult. (sorry I forgot to write it)

Subeta doesn't have a 'gifts sent' function, so there's no way for you to check yourself and see if you sent them properly or if you got the username wrong. In order to find out about your gifts you will need to use Account Search to see if you still have them, and if you don't go to Help and file a Ticket. The UA should be able to help you there.

Do you know if your friend is wearing a Snowball Reflecting Shield? As far as flinging the snowballs, this may be glitched. I think the glitch is due to the new Wardrobe 3.5.

No she's not wearing any shield :) thank you for your help I'll do that :)

Gifts sent through the gift center do not automatically go into your friend's inventory. They should get a notice that you sent gifts with a link that will bring them to another page to open it.

Yes she had them and was really Happy ! (I send her some since she didn't recieved anything under her tree ^_^)
