I am trying to buy the above beanbag from the quest shop for a friend's tree gift. It's on her wl. I simply can't see it. I've refreshed Maleria multiple times and looked at Nori and Mori as well as all the others.

Does anyone know where it is?

Unfortunately that item is from either the spring or summer stock I believe, looking at it's price. So it won't be available for you to purchase in the QS till then.
