So pets are the greatest, right? They're adorable and sweet or sometimes they have an attitude that we just can't get enough of -

My particular pet happens to be a cat who is both the sweetest and the most manipulative darling I've ever known. He doesn't have much attitude but he will do everything in his power to convince everyone that he's starving to death in order to get another can of food. He will also fetch his toys to me when he decides its time to play, no matter what hour of the night.

Today though I really want to shine a light on his computer obsession. Whenever I leave my computer up, I will always come back to find him laying facing it as though he's using it. Sometimes he'll have started a video I had paused, or change the video altogether thanks to YouTube having that 'recommended videos' bar right next to their video - today he purchased a sticker from the quest shop. I don't even remember having the quest shop open when I left the room. (Also on that note if anyone wants me to stick a 'Peas and Thank You' to your album just let me know!)

I'm just a farm boy who likes getting bitten. Dogs, cats, chickens, geese, I enjoy the pinch. More so if they bruise me or draw blood. ~

We opened Christmas presents tonight. One of my cats just sat on a chair and stared at us and my other cat. My other cat was going batshit in the wrapping paper as we tore it up and threw it at her. Half way through we had a decent pile going and she was just laying in the middle of it all as we piled more on top of her, all wide-eyed. Then I got their presents out and as I was opening the paper bag that had their new catnip toys in it, they were both sitting in front of me on the floor, staring and meowing, all excited. Emma couldn't wait and stuck her head right in the bag and took a toy right out and started playing with it. Holly was more patient and waiting for me to take it out and put it in front of her. They're my silly beasties and I loves them.

I have two cats, who are my beloved babies. There isn't a whole lot they can do wrong in my eyes. My boy cat, Archie, likes to chew on nail files and catch and eat flies. He's generally pretty lazy so seeing him chasing flies is so cute!! My girl cat, Rae, has so much personality. She genuinely likes to hang out with my husband and I and she will follow me around the house when I'm doing my chores. Yesterday my husband was eating smoked salmon and she was making the cutest faces while sniffing the air. She didn't beg for any salmon, but she hung out veeery close to my husband while he ate in case he dropped some xD

My dog is obsessed with chicken nuggets. (A bad habit my nephew whom I am taking care of helped develop.) She will literally stare at you if you're eating them. The worst sad puppy eyes. She will practically do flips for them and stares at them when they're on. the counter.

She does the same for pop tarts

My cat Lucy pulls hair out of the shower drain. I don't know why. It's so gross. But at least I don't have to do it myself. 8|

She also has a specific meow for when she's finished eating and needs to tell us about it. I like to imagine she's saying 'I FINISHED EATING!!!!! IT WAS GOOD JUST SO YOU KNOW' She cries this while at the same time running into my room. She cries a few more times while licking her chops and then leaves. Thanks for letting me know, Goose!

My cat has a huge personality and is very talkative and expressive. She makes so many different noises and they all mean different things, and she makes faces all the time and it cracks me up. She loves being around us and cuddling. She is my precious princess but has a princess attitude too, like how adamant she is about being fed on time or how many times a freaking day she chomps on us and gives us "love bites". She also likes licking sticky things, like tape from packages or lint rollers. Cats are weird.

THAT IS ADORABLE OMG

All the cats I've had over the years always showed affection in the expected manner. It might have been tied to them all being rescued strays. They would cozy up to me at night, or inch towards my armpits or feet. And even bite me...I loved them, those who passed on.

My cat does the love bites too! When I first got him (from a shelter) I researched like crazy to find out what it might mean and how I could get him to stop. Long story short...I haven't gotten him to stop, but I have gotten him to not bite as hard as he used to. As far as meaning, the internet also doesn't seem to have a lot on gentle cat bites, only on angry cat bites/the bite that cats use to make people stop petting them. My bae will just cozy up to me at night and take my hand in his mouth and hold it while he purrs.
