Why is the Millionaire Center Trading Card in the Fall section of the MC and not the All Year section?

Who knows. Maybe at the time they created the different sections, fall might have been particularly empty? Either way, you could always make a suggestion to move it to the year round section.

That's just the section it was in back when we didn't have all the seasons show up at once. It was likely to balance the fall section out a bit!
