I have been gone for awhile, and now that I'm back and looking at all the books in my vault, I have to ask, does Subeta still do a reading drive? Is it still worth it to hoard books?

There will be no more specific reading drive.

But with recent plots/events there were "specific item drives" (items from 2 or 3 shops that needed to be donated to a npc), so there might be a chance that in a coming-up event some npc asks for (restockable from Book Nook) books.

when this happens there is no distinction on what items so a cheapy item counts just as much are a superduper expensive item. So it is not 'worth it' in the same way.
