Hopefully it will become more active in time, as there will be more members and more threads with interesting games and activities that everyone in the group can participate in. By "woman" or "female," are you only referring to cis-gendered women? If so, no thanks.

Is this for just cisgender women or for all women? I want to let my friend know about the group but she is trans...

This group is for females = women.

Trans women are just as female as cis women. I can't stand to see people getting excluded from a group just because they weren't born into the gender that they identify with.

For the sake of your friend I'd avoid this like the plague. Maybe try # sapphic? They seem to be more inclusive.
You should probably make it clear in your OP that this is a TERF group and that your definition of "woman/female" is only cis women. Which is pretty gross imo. Trans women are no threat to cis women and you have no reason to exclude them based upon their assigned gender at birth.
