My boyfriend is thinking about joining and playing Subeta since I play as well as a friend of ours (Endlessxendever). Endless and I have had a (resolved) issue with thinking we were the same person with multiple accounts. My boyfriend and I live together, is there someone I should talk to first to avoid both of our accounts being frozen from using the same computers/phones/internet connection and having to file tickets?

file a Ticket in Help and a UA will tell you what you need to do to play

You should file a ticket in advance and explain the situation before your bf registers. I think that is all you need to do. :)
