My heat is kept at 70F, so it can get pretty chilly by the windows or any drafty part of my apartment.
One weird thing that I used to do (but can't do anymore because my skirt eventually fell apart) is taking a beat up skirt and putting it over pj pants. My thighs are the coldest part of me, and the skirt would trap the heat in.
Is there anything weird that you do that keeps you warm?
I put my hands in my pants if I don't have pockets ... I usually have cold hands and cold feets during winter time.
I use a hot water bottle a lot, but that's probably pretty common. Oh and I always have a mug of tea in my hands here. German winters can be brutal for an ex-Californian like me.
My bedroom is pretty small, so I close my door and turn on my TV and/or a gaming system to heat my room up quickly. Don't know if that's weird or not, but I feel like it might be kind of... unconventional, I guess xP

I sit on my hands until they get numb...but my butt keeps them kind of warm.
I wrap myself in more shawls than Professer Trewlany from Harry Potter
Leave it to me: I'm always top banana in the shock department.
I do exactly the same thing! Nothing beats a warm, purring snuggle pile x3
I shut my bedroom door and game for about three hours. Between the PS4 and the Xbox One, it gets up to 75F pretty quickly.

It's kinda funny since that's really warm for me haha, but I just put my head underneath my pile of blankets and tuck it all in. A warmth burrito.
I crank up my crappy heater and cuddle with my 2 year old daughter lol.
I used to live in a house where the temperature was around 57F during autumn and winter. I keep my current flat at 61F, because I only have a radiator and it makes the air feel so dry and my houseplants don't like it either.
Idk about weird but... If I feel cold, I wear thermal leggings under my PJ pants and a flannel shirt under a wool cardigan. And leg warmers, wrist warmers, two pairs of wool socks... Tea, hot chocolate and soup are pretty good for keeping warm. I wrap my legs in a fleece blanket if I plan to sit still for a long time. Candles can warm a small room in a couple of hours. If my hands and feet are really cold, I do yoga or some other exercise to warm up my limbs.
I force my dog to sleep right next to me under the covers, lol. But during the day, I honestly just wear hoodies when I'm cold. I'm usually fine because gaming systems create a good amount of heat and I'm often playing video games.
haha my hands are always in my pants. one time my roommate walked into my room and i yanked my hands out real fast like i totally wasn't keeping my hands in my pants. she laughed, she does it too.
I have a larger bedroom but I have a big, old tv and a ps3 in there that usually on. And the tv doesn't have a timer to turn off so it runs all night. it's hell in the summer, but keeps my toes warm in the winter.
SMALL CHILDREN MAKE THE BIGGEST HEAT. When my niece used to stay over, she'd sleep in bed with me. DAMN. It's a king size bed, she would be on the other side of it and I'd be overheated. lol.
I used to use candles a lot in a different apartment, but I'd end up with a sore throat after awhile. Also, I suggest getting a humidifier. I resisted until I was 25 or so, I regret all the winters I went through without one. No more shocking the cats' noses, no more static-hair, no more dry eyes/throat/nose. It's fabulous!
AND IT LOOKS VERY SKETCHY TOO. Some people asked me if they came while I had some ... alone time and I was like "dude, no .. wth".
Hot water bottle and a tea made with fresh ginger for me.
I know that feeling, lmao. My room was up to 85F in the summer, which is fine by me, I get cold easily.
