@ Trevelyan Ahh, unfortunately I will not be able to apply for Hikari. I'm afraid that I am too busy to do her justice, and I need to spend more time on my existing pets as well. Best of luck searching for a new owner!

EDIT Changed my mind, and decided to send in an application after all. I absolutely love the character idea I have in mind for her, and I think Hikari is too perfect of a fit to not at least give it a shot. :) To be honest with you, I am realllyyy busy with work and so progress may be slow, but she will always be loved and cared for!
