can I ask how the bonuses are calculated (I'm guessing they are the HA portion because I'm pretty confident regarding the riddles?)
Yes, your riddles were perfect, earning 100 each. But, you weren't in the HAs the judges selected, so you just got the score for submission without a bonus.

I am an idiot and wanted to make sure, the bonus points are the clue points right? Or are clue points something else?

Scores to current:
Recipes--all submitting teams=1000 Judges felt these were all outstanding in the varied ways, so no bonuses. You're all winners!
Teapots--If you submitted 6, you get full credit of 1000
However, Infamous 7 submitted 24-25 cups, and they get 500 bonus, because it's an "oddpot" and can be turned sidewise. This is Ridiculand and they definitely went outside the box! Whether or not the sideways pot would hold that 25 cup remains debatable, but the rest was brill.
Incorrect answers get 500 for turn-in.
The correct time is 9:36, so teams submitting that get 1000. Any submission is worth 500.
Your RPs score another 1000 and the judges are still reading for bonus points. There may be some selected.
