did i need for every item i would make 15 alchemy points or need i the points only once? and can i only geht the points with reading books or is there an other way too?

You mean level 15 at the Alchemist? You can level up there by continuing to make combinations. Each combination will reward you with 1-4 points. You'll see the points left until you reach the next level on the main Alchemist page.

Reading books to your pets increases their Alchemy Point for battling in the Battle Coliseum. It has nothing to do with the Alchemist or Alchemist level.
