A while ago I got a Vengeful Kiyo Plushie from the blackheart hollow for 350 tokens I think. The thing is, its not anywhere in my account and I'm sure I got it because my wizard tokens went down and I got the Blackheart Stalker achievement (10 items). I tried waiting a few minutes since sometimes I put some items in my wardrobe and they take a while to show but I don't think its going to show in my items D: and I never had any problems before when I bought something from there. I also didn't fill a ticket because I don't have a print of the page (I freak out every time I see anything in the blackheart hollow and just try to click really fast on the item) so I don't have a proof. I was wondering if anyone ever had this problem?

you haven't said whether you have used Account Search to find it yet.

I have made purchases of items that cost me a chunk of CSC but I couldn't remember what it was for anything, and I was able to file a Ticket in Help and a UA was able to help me find it. Since there's an Achievement awarded and you have a good idea of the time, they can probably find it for you too. This does take awhile for them to do.

Oh, I thought I had mentioned it but I did not found it with the Account Search. Then I guess the best I can do now is to fill a ticket. Thank you for the info!
