I'm wondering if there is any other way to view the shoutbox other than through the narrow box that is the sidebar.

My sidebar is filled with other widgets, so it would be nice if I can use the shoutbox in another way.

No unfortunately I don't think so. But you can collapse your other widgets and/or drag and drop the Shoutbox higher up on your sidebar if you want

Yeah, it's probably because I have a 720p TV as a monitor so my account stats, shop search, and notepad take up the entire screen already. I'm ok with scrolling down a little to view it, I was just wondering if there was an alternative :)

I keep my Notepad widget minimized. Depending on what you use yours for, that may or may not be plausible. But the Shop Search would be an easy one to keep open in another tab instead, since you can't do that with the Shoutbox. But yeah I'm pretty sure the only way to read it is on the sidebar, sorry :c
