I have an open ticket but TPTB cannot figure it out after 3 days, so I figured I would see if anyone has had this issue, and if so what fixed it for you. I want to buy CSC via paypal. I click the paypal link and it goes to a blank white page.

  1. I have no add-ons or extensions on my firefox
  2. I have both reinstalled firefox, and started it in safe mode, no change
  3. The only other browser I have is the stupid edge, and that does work, but I I don't use it. nor do I want to
  4. All pop up blockers were turned off (because via Edge the paypal link opened in a pop up) still didn't work
  5. I have successfully bought things via paypal link on other sites

Firefox is my browser of choice, I don't want to download a browser I don't need as the fix, others can buy with firefox so there has to be a fix here. I am using windows 10, Firefox 50.0.2

any thoughts?

Same OS and Firefox version here. PayPal is opening just fine for me.

I'm not sure what could be causing this. You've already ruled out addons, since you say you don't use any (I have several, and they're not interfering), and I see you've already mentioned PayPal works fine on other sites.

It doesn't sound like it's on Subeta's end, since I'm not having any issues. But glitches don't always affect all users, so maybe someone else will come along with the same issue.

It might help to get support from outside of Subeta for this. There is a Firefox community on Reddit, and a support forum here too.

Good luck! Hope you can get this resolved.

yeah that seems to be the problem, support cannot replicate the error so they cannot fix it. I have asked around on some other sites and because it seems to be limited to Subeta for me they have no answers :(

In addition to addons and extensions, there's also privacy and security options within the browser itself. You might check, edit, preferences and see if you have pop-ups blocked through that.

Thanks for the suggestions, like I said, I already did that.

I am not so much looking for suggestions on how to fix it, trust me, support and other help places have suggested everything without being able to replicate the issue. I was looking for maybe someone else who has already experienced the problem and fixed it.
