Just received a Miniature Vending Machine what does it do? It says it sells for 68 million. Not sure if I want to sell it.

according to Subetalodge: Use Option: receive three random Donation Present items

it says somewhere that it will vend 50,000 items plus donation presents

it is an achievement prize for vending 50,000 items. If you choose to use it, it will give you three random donation present items.
