Since there's a thread for favorite, thought we needed one for this too ;)

Apparently the Vibrant color came out while I was on hiatus, and I just discovered it last night. It almost has a fun 80s vibe to me, but something about that shade of green makes it hurt my eyes a lil too much :(

I really don't like the Vibrant color. Its too bright. :x

Definitely Vibrant. I can't stand that shade of green, or the combination of that color with purple and pink.

Yeah, vibrant's painful.

I'm not a big fan of galactic pets, mostly because I don't really know what to do with them. I've never really had a space character!

I hate DRAWING nightmare pets. So much. Give me all of the cute forever.

Nostalgic. I don't think that I could ever own one, just doesn't match my characters/fanpets.

Steamwork, it just looks too cluttered for me.

I'm not really a fan of Angelic, Galactic, or Nostalgic. There are a few pets in each color that I like (obviously, since I own two Nostalgics lol but in my defense they're the closest thing to carnival-themed pets we have :P)

I like the Steamworks color a lot in theory, but there aren't many actual Steamworks pets that I like.

I'll just name them all:

Galactic - too busy and cluttered Harvest - same as above Glade - same as above

and pretty much all of the plain coloured pets (dawn, twilight, ect).

Nuuu! I love the Angelic pets! I have a lot lol. I also like some of the Nostalgic colours, but not all of them.

Yeah, Angelic seems pretty popular but honestly I just looked through them and the only one that really stands out as one that I like is the Warador

I'm planning on more Angelic pets when more species are introduced to the colour. It seems that every other pet colour is coming out, but Angelic :/

I think Angelic usually comes out around this time of year? So there's probably one or two planned. But there are more Angelic pets out already than Nostalgic, which is also one that comes out this time of year so that might take priority for that reason.

Also there are only 20 species left not available in Angelic, and idk which pets do/don't have artists but it's possible some of those fall under that umbrella too.

Hmm.. The only one I couldn't ever see trying is Vibrant. I like the idea, but I feel like it might work better if it wasn't just a color scheme.

This is more from the aspect of the actual colors themselves: Harvest. That shade of orange/brown just seems too mucky to me especially combined with the overall theme. I guess I'm just not a huge fan of autumn xD...

My least favorite color is chibi. To me the color seems really inconsistent as far as what it's supposed to represent. While some of them look "chibi", others look like flat-out baby counterparts of the regular pets. This kind of grinds my nerves since staff themselves have stated that chibi =/= baby, so I don't know what gives. I also don't like how disproportionate most chibi pets are either, I can't stand gigantic heads on tiny bodies.

Next in line would be vibrant. It's an eyesore, and also inconsistent as to which color is the base, which color is secondary, and which color is the accent. I really don't care if it's "supposed" to be like that, it just doesn't look good compared to the other colorfills.

hmm i don't especially HATE any colors but my least favorite is probably marsh. it would be one thing if it was just brown, because of course that would be very nice and versatile. but the fact that it's brown and green makes it feel very limited. it's not that i dislike the actual shades used, they're pretty nice actually, but they sort of make me think of chocolate and mint and nothing else. you can't just use marsh to represent a plain brown animal - well, you could with an overlay but that's the point, you would have to change the existing color scheme to make it work. so marsh has always felt like a weird one to me.

the 'explanation' for chibi also pisses me off, like, you can't just say "no chibi isn't a baby version it's just small and cute with a big head!" and then have shit like this:

hmm, almost like undergrown horns/antlers, yellow down and lack of wing feathers, and a different coat color for improved camouflage are traits of baby/juvenile animals and not just, you know, an adult animal with a big head and big eyes :/

Nostalgic and Vibrant. I really can't decide which one I dislike more. I don't like how the nostalgic pets are just... toys (lifeless things) and no real pets anymore. I could never make a character with one of those. Regarding the vibrant color - well I just can't stand the color sheme x_X

My least favourite colour, gosh that's a tough one, I guess that'd be Field. I dunno, I'm not the biggest fan of that colour green really. Could be that when I was in school our mascot was a generic green dragon and that was our school colors and I just ugh.

My two least favorite colours for me would have to be... vibrant and gold? I could nitpick about pet colours for ages, but those are the two most "... eh" ones for me.

I really don't like the lack of consistency with vibrant, intended or not. It's like the pattern-free watered-down cousin of Neo's disco pets. Which makes me a little sad because a lively, tropical colour had potential.

Gold looks like someone dipped a yellow pet in oil. Silver also has that problem, but it feels like it's a little less obvious on silver pets.
