Hello! I want to change my pet Mad Matty into a girl, currently she's marked as being a boy. Is there an item anymore that will change her gender? I know there used to be something called the sex berry, right?

I mean, if I can't, it's not the end of the world, she can still be a girl XD I just would rather have the girl symbol to go with it

Yes, there is still the berry. It had its name changed to Gender Berry recently.

Make sure you choose the correct option when you use it, and not the "feed to ___" option.
