So, I've been visiting the basically since it came out, and yesterday I had visited for over 100 days in a row (forgot the exact amount) but today it reset back to 1?? Is the supposed to happen once you've visited a certain amount of days in a row? Cause I know I visited yesterday and took a dip in the pools

Also! Does the amount of days you visit in a row determine what kind of prizes you get from it, or is it just random?

no, it shouldn't reset to 1 unless you miss a day. you could file a ticket to see if a staff member can figure out whether you actually missed a day or not, and if you didn't then maybe they can fix the number for you. (not sure which category would be best to file the ticket under, maybe account > other?)
