Hiya, just got this off of Major Drills and can't find a price for it: and I was also wondering how much loyalty points are selling for right now?
Thanks :)
I sold a Burgundy-Handled Magic Broom for 100m in my shop a few weeks ago. It took about two days to sell it at that price.
Why does a r86 sell for more than 1mil, let alone 100mil?
Congrats on the sale, but I am pretty sure there is no way that is an accurate price check, unless there is something i'm seriously missing from the picture here?

: There are quite a few reasons actually: that it's a new item released only toward the end of Morostide this year; that it's a super rare item that is not restocked frequently in a crowded shop with many other super rare items; that it is needed for an achievement, and that it is Luminaire season. All of these make it a highly sought after item XD
did it stop restocking?
That makes more sense, but a r86, non consumable achievment item still seems insane.
Here are the 6 most recent r80+ Accessory bin (which apparently does not vend) shop items:
They are ranging from 2mil-7mil
Going through the 26-50th most recently released accessory bin r80-99s, most of them fail to break 100k, let alone 1mil. (admittantly non achievement items)
some people might pay crazy prices for it, but i'm not sure its really sure its fair to say that is "the price" for the item.
This thing will stay high for a while, but its going to eventually drop like a stone, so I would say buyer beware.

@ thesovereign: Well, apart from the broom none of the items you have listed are in the super rare category, and there is difference in restocking rate between super rares and rares, and even between shops I believe. I don't think the broom is restocked every day, that's why it's almost non-existent, and because there are several items needed for that achievement, all of them range from normal to super rare, so people hang on to the items they have got while waiting for those that they haven't. There it goes: demand is high but supply is super low at this point. If people are willing to wait for the price to drop, of course, the price will eventually drop and it won't stay at the 20 mil plus price mark forever, but there are actually a couple of items from that particular shop that have been released a little more than a year already, not in any achievement, but rarely restock and are still highly priced: [item2=Ashen Ram Rack] (only 4 in shops) [item2=Grim Blossoming Horn] (none in shop, 1 in trade)
oops I thought super rare was r80+
Adjusting my filters here are the 6 most recent r86+:
The floor actually drops out to 73K (obviously a non achievement item, ect, so probably not that great to really compare)
The items you list are also r90+, but it is an achievement item so its going to have much higher demand.
I wouldn't fault anyone for sticking it in their shop for 100mil, and seeing if there are any takers, but if while it was sitting in my shop for 100mil, someone mailed me saying would you take 30? I'd take the 30 and run.
I would still argue that the item has very little long term value, probably under 1mil, definitely under 10mil, but there are definitely people out there willing to pay more right now. I think it is just very important to not set expectations too high for something like this. Especially if someone is coming to a price check board and saying: how much is this worth, then being told a number that maybe doesn't capture the whole story. Where the key to getting maximum value out of selling something like this is to realize that it has little long term value, and its pretty much worth whatever the person offering is willing to pay.
Interesting item

Wow, thanks for all the info :) Well 100mil might be a bit too greedy, but I'll try the price for now and see if it sells. If the price drops, then the price drops.
I also rechecked the advertising boards and noticed a locked thread selling loyalty points for 600k, so I guess this can be locked now.
Thanks a lot for the help :D
: Yeah, one should not set expectation too high for any newly released item, but it's worth knowing how much it has been going for to adjust the price accordingly.
Actually I saw someone offering to pay 76 mil for the broom shortly after it was released; unfortunately there wasn't any available at the time, but it also means that apart from those who are willing to wait there are also those who are willing to pay (and the fact that they initiated the offer rather than buying from the shop at a already fixed price attests to this). The broom may not sell for as much now, but the OP can use 100 mil as a reference and go from there, lowering the price until the point where they can agree with their potential buyers. Selling it for 5 mil now, for example, would mean missing out quite a lot.
I'd suggest that the OP post in the advertising forum and see how things go from there.
I had a similar thought process: there are none in shops so I'll start it at 100m to get things rolling and if the price drops, hopefully I will still make a nice amount of sP. Two days later someone buys it; yay for me.
explained what happened with that item already, but if I may add to it: the achievement came out right after the item was released and it hadn't even stocked in shops yet, creating high demand from the very start. There just haven't been enough in user shops to competitively bring the price down. If people are willing to buy it at an insane price, then that is just fueling the situation. I'm not sure how many are floating around the site at this point, but you would be surprised how many non-consumable achievement items sit in wardrobes without being resold. We've been having a similar issue with the newest two Subeautique sets. I do realize that this price isn't sustainable in the long run, but Subeta is a game after all, and this isn't the first time players have profited from others' shortsightedness.
Well here's hoping, I don't really mind getting lower, it was free anyway, but 100mil would be sweet :)
Silly me forgot to edit the title to close this up xD
